Various surveys to log and monitor patient complaints, pro-actively address impending issues, and other feedback mechanisms are in place. Any patient reported issue with regards to the behaviour and/or preparations of any Alabang Medical Center personnel during any patient interaction will be duly heard. If for any reason, an employee deems that the patient is being unreasonable, the personnel should immediately escalate the issue with his direct supervisor or any Alabang Medical Center officer. An employee is at all times instructed to show maximum diplomacy and tolerance.
